    Answer: No, you don't need to be a member of PayPal.com to purchase from this site. When flowing through the order process you will reach a screen asking for your Paypal Login, look to the lower-left for "Don't have a PayPal account?"... Click the "Continue" link there to pay directly from your credit card. The payment is secured by PayPal.com in any case. See the example picture below...

Question: Do I need to sign up with Shop.ChemicHill.com?

    Answer: Yes, you will need to create an account with us if you plan on purchasing any items from the store. You must provide your E-Mail address, a password and your shipping details. We only deal with Digital Delivery for our products and you'll need an account to login to and claim them.

Question: What currency does Shop.ChemicHill.com deal with?

    Answer: All prices listed on ChemicHill.com are in Canadian Dollars. PayPal.com automatically determines all exchange rates at the time of sale but if you wish to get an accurate figure on what it will cost in your country's currency than please use the Universal Currency Converter tool for up to the minute figures.

Question: Will Shop.ChemicHill.com accept offline payments?

    Answer: Yes, we will gladly accept payments as long as they are considered guaranteed funds in Canadian Dollars. This means money orders, certified cheque and cashier's cheque. Never send cash through the mail. Please make your offline order request by sending me an E-Mail.

Question: What are audio stems?

    Answer: Audio stems are essentially multiple layers of the same instrumental. Such as Bass, Drums, Piano, Synth, Perscussion and so on...

    Each layer is a full length WAV rendering of the enitre song but only containing specific sets of instruments or components. When all these layers are combined on your favourite multi track software/hardware they will play in perfect stereo exactly as the beat sounds when it is complete. This is useful for audio engineers and producers who wish to fine tune certain elements of a beat without disrupting the sound of any other instruments.

Question: How do I download my purchased music?

    Answer: All music sold on this web site are instant downloads. After you have finished your payment on PayPal.com you must come back to this web site and log into your account using the same E-mail address and Password you chose when you created an account with us.
    Once you have logged into your account, click on View Order Status to collect your purchased products. Our store policy is a 3 download maximum for each file, then it expires.

Question: Where do I get my purchased Form?

    Answer: After you have finished your payment on PayPal.com you must wait for us to build the form based on the information you have submitted. After this has been completed we will send you an E-mail with the finished product in a ZIP file. This can take 24 hours, usually much less. Installation instructions weill be included in the delivery.

Question: Am I able to exchange or return a product?

    Answer: There are no refunds or exchanges when it comes to any of our online products. How can one return a digital file? These are our intellectual property, and once they have been sold and released to the public we need to be compensated for our time. There is no way to verify that a person has not made copies of the file and are circulating them now. All sales are final.

Question: What type of Music License comes with my purchase?

    Answer: This web site is only set up to sell our instrumentals with Non-Exclusive licenses. This is an automated process where you receive the beat license with your instrumental purchase in the form of an Adobe PDF document. Click here to see the Non Exclusive License sample.

Question: Who do I talk to about buying exclusive rights?

    Answer: Please send an E-Mail to Matt, the site operator for an exclusive rights inquiries. Be sure to mention the name of the instrumental.
