This is merely a summary of the most relevant points contained inside the real Non Exclusive Music License. The actual License contains a serial number unique to each beat and has an authorized signature on the last page. The real Non Exclusive Music License is in Adobe PDF format distributed only with ChemicHill purchased instrumentals and is not applicable or available to customers who purchased the Free-Instrumentals.com beat package.

Non Exclusive License owners may:

1. Independently distribute the track at the price of your choosing for up to 2000 units sold. Units may take such forms as Compact Discs, Cassettes, Digital Video Discs, Phonograph Records, Internet downloads, MP3, WAV, WMV, RM and various other digital media formats. These are your mechanical rights.
2. Distribute unlimited "free" or "non profit" copies of the Master Recording in any conceivable media format.
3. If you choose to make an audio song you may author only one Master Recording for each Non Exclusive License you have purchased.
4. If you choose to include the beat in your video project you may publish only one Master Video Synchronization. You may not do both an audio and a video project, you only get one choice or you must buy an additional license to cover that additional project.
5. Perform your hit song for profit live at your next venue.
6. Cut up, mix and alter the purchased beat and samples in any way you see fit as long the end product is sold in conjunction with lyrics in the form of an audio track, or synchronized with your video project.
7. Use the beat synchronized with lyrics on your professional Demo for record company consideration.
8. Independently sell your crew's next mix tape.
9. Get your hit song played on the radio.
10. Keep the money you earn from each individually purchased Non Exclusive Music License.
11. Own the sound recording copyright when you synchronize lyrics to the purchased beat to make it a completed audio track. Only ChemicHill owns the exclusive rights to the underlying composition (the instrumental).
12. Only be subject to the one time fee associated with purchasing the instrumental and license, the instrumental is then yours to use under a Non Exclusive Royalty Free Music License.

Non Exclusive License owners may not:

1. You may not re-sell the beat in its original form or any chopped up portion; it may only be sold and used for profit in conjunction with lyrics or synchronized with a video project. You may not sell any loops or other instrumental pieces as this violates the producer's exclusive rights to the underlying composition.
2. You may not use the leased beat on more than one audio/video projects unless you have paid for additional Non Exclusive Music Licenses.
3. You may not sell more than 2000 copies without purchasing an additional Non Exclusive License, or contacting us to buy the exclusive rights (Gold Seal License).
4. You may not leave us out of the production credits. You must credit in writing where available or vocally otherwise "Produced by ChemicHill Digital Productions" for all formats of media released.
5. You may not post or make available on the internet directly or indirectly any instrumentals you have purchased from Shop.ChemicHill.com until it is used in conjunction with lyrics or synchronized with your video project, but not both. Distributing the beat in its original form is strictly forbidden.
6. Non Exclusive Licensed beats are not intended for distribution by any major record label. Please contact us to purchase the exclusive rights to do so.
7. Shop.ChemicHill.com customers do not own the underlying composition. These exclusive rights still remain both the intellectual property of ChemicHill Digital Productions and that of the Producer.
8. You may not reproduce, redistribute or make available on the internet the Non Exclusive License document in any way shape or form.
